So has anyone else noticed Twitter for Mac missing tweets? At first I thought it was something to do with @-mentions (as opposed to @replies), but it’s not that, as this screenshot shows.

  2. bananacasts said: Twitter for Mac uses User Streams, while all mobile clients use REST. (A few other desktop clients use User Streams as well.) The streams themselves might be having some problems. I noticed a retweet from someone whose retweets I had blocked.
  3. steelopus said: I noticed the same yesterday when I posted a tweet from Twitter for iOS but it never showed up on Twitter for Mac, even after several hours and a few refreshes.
  4. everythinginthesky said: Have noticed the same. Can’t think why it’d happen, though, unless Twitter’s trying to be smart and collate the replies / timeline and is doing it badly. Which would something you’d think they’d test for.
