Michelle Pfeiffer is eleven years older than Paul Rudd; Sandra Bullock is twelve years older than Ryan Reynolds.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that - but there’s loads of examples of the age gap in these sorts of films being the other way around, and these struck me as interesting and sadly quite unusual counter-examples.
(These films both look awful though.)

Actually The Proposal was really fun… and got nominated for an Oscar actually. For Bullock. Best actress in a motion picture comedy.
