steelopus: sniffyjenkins: I thought the weather would be shit today, but lo, sunshine! More importantly, I have just been served coffee in a Dennis The Menace mug. Coffee in this mug on this beach. My entire life has been leading up to this moment. I can now die happy. Is that a beach or a quarry? This English woman = funny, brainiac, gorgeous, great accent, space lover.This English beach = leaves a bit to be desired. Rubbish. It’s a perfectly fine beach, it’s just a work in progress. Come back in a couple of centuries and coastal erosion will have produced some lovely fine sand, and global warming will mean average temperatures of a balmy 40degC.
