FML.THIS. This, ladies and gentlemen, is a huge part of why I am living on the edge of sanity right now. Rain. Every day. No sun. Clouds. Gray. Dark. Rain. Cold.
It has been raining on and off since Sunday evening. It’s fucking depressing.
First week I was in Cardiff University, the lecturer glanced out of the window. It was late September in Wales, so it was cold and dark. The sky was a perfectly flat, leaden shade of grey; the colour of zinc-coated steel. It was dry then, but clearly could drizzle at any time. “Well, that’s the weather until June,” he remarked.
The English people in the room tittered. They thought he was joking.
